Cancellation Charges

  • * Cancellations received 48 hours prior to the arrival date, 50% charge on the booked basis.

  • * Cancellations received less than 48 hrs of the arrival date 100% charge on booked basis.

  • * Failure to arrive at the hotel is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

 

Child Policy of Eco Team own and operated properties

  • * Children up to 5.99 years - free of charge basis.
